Md. Sarfaraj Alam Ansari is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the
National Institute of Technology Sikkim since Feb. 2011. He received a Ph.D. degree from NIT Sikkim in June 2021. He obtained
his Master of Technology from NIT Durgapur in 2010. He spent three years in the industry and gathers experience in the domain
of Computer Networks and Security immediately after his graduation (B.E.) in Computer Science & Engineering in 2005. He has been
associated with the NIT Sikkim since its inception, therefore, he got the opportunity to teach various core subjects of Computer Science
and Engineering at NIT Sikkim. He has a very keen interest to learn the latest technology and upgrade himself to offer subjects such as
Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Blockchain Technology, IoT, and many more. His research interest includes the security aspects in the
domain of Peer-to-Peer networks, SDN, and IoT networks which are important and becoming paramount with the increased use of online services
and proliferation of various technologies like IoT, Edge & Mobile Computing. Currently, he is sincerely carrying out various
administrative assignments along with academic and research activities.

Cloud Computing and Machine Learning.
